EOC VAN PLAN DELIVERY PROGRAM

Program: Factory subsidized freight charges will be applied to orders based on the delivery zones shown below. All orders are shipped by EOC chartered blanket wrapped furniture vans or cartoned commercial carriers.

Charges: Prices are FOB factory
EOC reserves the right to assess carrier fuel surcharges when and where applicable.

Special Charges: Zone rates are based on deliveries made during regular work week days, 8AM until 5PM. Deliveries at other times or to remote or residential locations are subject to additional charges (please provide details). A request for call prior to delivery is a $25 charge. Carrier surcharges incurred due to special delivery related issues (non-dock, re-routing, etc.) are subject to charge back to the customer.

Please contact EOC for freight and crating information for shipments outside the contingent United States.

Unless otherwise notified, EOC will ship via this Delivery Program, selecting the most appropriate carrier and routing on all shipments. Orders specifying specific carriers will be shipped freight collect via that carrier. This Delivery Program is subject to change without notice.
