EOC VAN PLAN DELIVERY PROGRAM

Program: Factory subsidized freight charges will be applied to orders based on the delivery zones shown below. All orders are shipped by EOC chartered blanket wrapped furniture vans or cartoned commercial carriers. Most products within this price list are priced for blanket wrapped delivery for extra protection, ease of handling and to reduce disposal of paper and plastic packaging materials. Where cartooning is required, add $2.00 net per cubic foot content (price list shows each model’s cubic size) and specify.

Charges: Prices are FOB factory on shipments under $5,000 list. The zonal rates shown below are based on current product list prices and are not subject to discount. EOC reserves the right to assess carrier fuel surcharges when and where applicable.

Special Charges: Zone rates are based on deliveries made during regular work week days, 8AM until 5PM. Deliveries at other times or to remote or residential locations are subject to additional charges (please provide details). A request for call prior to delivery is a $25 charge. Carrier surcharges incurred due to special delivery related issues (non-dock, re-routing, etc.) are subject to charge back to the customer.

Please contact EOC for freight and crating information for shipments outside the contingent United States.

Unless otherwise notified, EOC will ship via this Delivery Program, selecting the most appropriate carrier and routing on all shipments. Orders specifying specific carriers will be shipped freight collect via that carrier. This Delivery Program is subject to change without notice.
